Turkey Rice Soup

Adapted from Pace Picante Sauce 40th Anniversary Recipe Collection

12 servings

28 ozs canned whole tomatoes, undrained 1 2/3 c no-salt-added canned corn, drained 
1/2 c onions, chopped 3/4 c picante sauce 
4 c turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed 3/4 tsp cumin 
29 ozs chicken broth 1 tsp chili powder 
2 c long-grain white rice, cooked  

In a food processor, combine tomatoes and onions. Process until smooth. Pour mixture into a saucepan. Add turkey, broth, rice, corn, picante sauce, cumin, and chili powder. Mix well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer ten minutes.
