| 28 ozs canned whole tomatoes, undrained | | 1 2/3 c no-salt-added canned corn, drained | |
| 1/2 c onions, chopped | | 3/4 c picante sauce | |
| 4 c turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed | | 3/4 tsp cumin | |
| 29 ozs chicken broth | | 1 tsp chili powder | |
| 2 c long-grain white rice, cooked | | |
| In a food processor, combine tomatoes and onions. Process until smooth. Pour mixture into a saucepan. Add turkey, broth, rice, corn, picante sauce, cumin, and chili powder. Mix well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer ten minutes.
